Today many people experience pain in their head from time to time, often mild and sometimes extreme. Cure varies depending upon the nature and cause of headache a patient is having. Often it is because of overloading work at office, and unending household activities. It not only destroys workplace performance but results in increasing frustration, stress and chronic pain. Therefore, steps must be taken to fight against recurrent pain symptoms. In the following paragraphs I have briefed 3 quick and easy to apply remedies to mitigate the pain:

Increase Your Water Intake

Dehydration is often prime reason of headache, especially if you’re hungover or vomited recently. Drink a big glass of water as soon as you feel aches in your head, and continuously take small sips of water throughout your entire day. By increasing your water intake can significantly improve your health and keep you away from trouble of pain in your head.

Take A Break And Relax Yourself

Doing all day work without giving even a small break to rest yourself results in headache. Whenever your head start to hurt, give yourself some time to relax. It would be great to find a quiet and dark place and relax your mind and body for around 10 to 20 minutes.

20-20-20 Rule

When our eyes get tired, our head begin to ache. Therefore, doctors suggest applying 20-20-20 rule in our daily life whether we are at home, college, or office. The rule says, after every 20 min, see an object that is placed 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. It keeps your eyes as well as head relaxed.

Conclusion

In short, awareness to the cause of pain in head and suitable steps to cure it can let you get rid of it easily and quickly. Increase your daily water consumption, give your mind and body some time to relax, and apply 20-20-20 rule for fresh eyes.
