Changes in one’s mood can be an indication of migraine pain. According to statistics of the American Academy of Neurology, moderate or severe depression significantly increases the horrible risks of episodic migraines become chronic medical condition. Therefore, it is essential to see your doctor when you or someone you love experience pain in its head or any part of it and get early treatment to avoid any sort of long term consequences.

Some people crave certain foods such as chocolate before a migraine attack happens.

5.     Neck Pain

Many people experience stiffness in their neck and later a headache which is often an early stage of the migraine pain. According to the statistics of a survey conducted by the National Headache Foundation, 38% migraine patients always have neck pain and 31% frequently experienced neck pain during migraine headaches.
