Correct You Sitting Position/Posture

You should stay cautioned of the way you sit whole day as this will have greater impact in tiring your body.   • Keep your feet firmly on the ground or on a stable footress

While sitting take utmost care that your elbows should be levelled with the desk. In case it is high it can cause you fatigue and in such a case you must have an adjustable keyboard or have a different mouse tray. Your computer should be kept at an arm’s length from you. Your eye level should be perfectly positioned towards the screen such that you feel no uneasiness while working or concentrating.

How About a New Headset?

In case your job is all about talking all day on the phone, then prefer using a headset. In case you are uncomfortable in using a headset then at least try not cradling your phone in between your ear and your shoulder. Take Regular Breaks

You must be a passionate person or a workaholic who loves doing his/her work, but at the same time you must not ignore your own self, instead take at least 30 minute break stretching out yourself, relaxing your eyes, neck your shoulders etc that will eventually relax your body and prevent you from acute shoulder pain.
